Dear parents,

What to expect when signing in your children at the 2018 People’s Assembly.

Upon arrival – Look for the Kid’s Zone in the Dogwood Room lobby area.
There will be a sign-in table for paperwork to complete for those requiring childminding, separated by age group (children will have colour coordinated name labels by age group).

** Parent’s Please Note** All children requiring childminding must be signed in at Kid’s Zone in Dogwood Room (includes ages 4 and up that are going to Athletic Hall).

Activities are as follows:

0-3 years:

Onsite at Echo Center (Kid’s Zone – Dogwood Room)
**Reminder to parents** Please make sure to leave your cell number for child-minders, for diaper changes and in case of emergency.
Dietary needs – pack own snacks, otherwise children eat snacks provided.
Children will be brought to parents at 5 p.m. when dinner is served on Day 1, November 3.
Children will be brought to parents at 12 p.m. when lunch is served on Day 2, November 4.
Breakfast is served at 8 a.m. – It is the parent’s responsibility to feed their children before dropping them off at the childminders.

4 years & up:

Childminding and activities taking place at Alberni Athletic Hall.
Snacks and pizza provided day 1, November 3
Snacks provided day 2, November 4
Children will be dropped off to parents from Athletic Hall at 5 p.m. when dinner is served on Day 1, November 3.
Children will be dropped off to parents from Athletic Hall at 12 p.m. when lunch is served on Day 2, November 4.
Breakfast is served at 8 a.m. – it is the parent’s responsibility to feed their children before dropping them off at the childminders.

**Reminder to parents** Please make sure to leave your cell number for childminders at sign-in table in Dogwood Room in case of emergency.

Parents are required to provide snacks or bottles for the little ones, if they have special dietary needs

CHILDMINDING IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHILE PARENTS ARE AT THE ASSEMBLY

There will be swimming only for ages 7 and up from:
2-4 p.m. (Everyone Welcome Swim), November 3.

**Please remember to bring swimsuit, towel, etc.**
