3. First Reading of Budget Act, 2013

(a)    Introduction to the Legislature

(b)   Consideration of the following motion:

Be it resolved that the Legislature:

(1)   hereby gives Budget Act, 2013 first reading;

(2)   will proceed with discussion of Budget Act, 2013 in accordance with Government Act section 93(1)(c); and

(3)   will give Budget Act, 2013 second reading at the sitting of the Legislature scheduled for March 28, 2013 at 10:00am.

(c)    Discussion of the Proposed Act.

 

1. First Reading of Economic Development Act

(a)    Introduction to the Legislature

(b)   Consideration of the following motion:

 

Be it resolved that the Legislature:

(1)   hereby gives the Economic Development Act first reading;

(2)   will proceed with discussion of  the Economic Development Act in accordance with Government Act section 93(1)(c); and

(3)   will give the Economic Development Act second reading at the sitting of the Legislature scheduled for March 28, 2013 at 10:00am.

(c)    Discussion of the Proposed Act.

1. First Reading of Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013

(a)    Introduction to the Legislature

(b)   Consideration of the following motion:

 

Be it resolved that the Legislature:

(1)   hereby gives the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013 first reading;

(2)   will proceed with discussion of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013 in accordance with Government Act section 93(1)(c); and

(3)   will give the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013 second reading at the sitting of the Legislature scheduled for March 28, 2013 at 10:00am.

(c)    Discussion of the Proposed Act.

(a)    Consideration of the following Motion:

Be it resolved that the Legislature:

(1)   hereby gives Budget Act, 2013 second reading; and

(2)   will, in accordance with Government Act section 93(1)(f), proceed to vote on Budget Act, 2013 at a meeting of the Legislature to be convened today, March 28, 2013 at 1:00 pm.

1. Second Reading of the Economic Development Act

(a)    Consideration of the following Motion:

Be it resolved that the Legislature:

(1)   hereby gives the Economic Development Act second reading; and

(2)   will, in accordance with Government Act section 93(1)(f), proceed to vote on the Economic Development Act at a meeting of the Legislature to be convened today, March 28, 2013 at 1:00 pm.

1. Second Reading of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013

(a)    Consideration of the following Motion:

Be it resolved that the Legislature:

(1)   hereby gives the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013 second reading; and

(2)   will, in accordance with Government Act section 93(1)(f), proceed to vote on the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013 at a meeting of the Legislature to be convened today, March 28, 2013 at 1:00 pm.

3. Third and Final Reading of Budget Act, 2013

Thursday, March 28, 2013 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

(a)    Consideration of the following Motion:

Be it resolved that:

(1)   the Legislature hereby gives Budget Act, 2013 third and final reading;

(2)   the Legislature hereby, in accordance with Government Act s. 93(1)(g), adopts Budget Act, 2013; and

(3)   the Budget Act, 2013 will be brought into force in accordance with the commencement section of Budget Act, 2013 and Section 95 of the Government Act.

1. Third and Final Reading of the Economic Development Act

(a)    Consideration of the following Motion:

Be it resolved that:

(1)   the Legislature hereby gives the Economic Development Act third and final reading;

(2)   the Legislature hereby, in accordance with Government Act s. 93(1)(g), adopts the Economic Development Act; and

(3)   the Economic Development Act will be brought into force in accordance with the commencement section of  the Economic Development Act and Section 95 of the Government Act.

1. Third and Final Reading of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013

(a)    Consideration of the following Motion:

Be it resolved that:

(1)   the Legislature hereby gives the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013 third and final reading;

(2)   the Legislature hereby, in accordance with Government Act s. 93(1)(g), adopts the  Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013 ; and

(3)   the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013 will be brought into force in accordance with the commencement section of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013 and Section 95 of the Government Act.
