Youth Art Therapy with Brianna Harvey

ʕac̓ikaḥ (I am an artist).
Calling all Huu-ay-aht Youth (Ages 13–15)! ![]()
Looking for a space to chill, create, and just be yourself? (And honestly, one that’s way more therapeutic than a scrolling marathon?) Join us for Youth Art Therapy starting this May!
This is a safe, supportive group where you can connect with peers and use art to explore the big stuff, like identity, self-care, and mental health, in a way that feels good.
Why join?
• Express Yourself: Use art to say what words sometimes can’t.
• Boost Your Confidence: Build self-esteem in a zero-judgment zone.
• Stress Relief: Walk away with real-world tools for self-care.
• Positive Vibes: Connect with other Huu-ay-aht teens in a safe group setting.
• Expert Led: Guided by Brianna Harvey, a Registered Canadian Art Therapist
When: Thursdays, May 21 – June 25 (6 sessions)
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
