Huu-ay-aht First Nations would like to notify all shellfish harvesters that the harvest prohibition in Subarea 23-4 (Numukamis Bay and Sarita Bay are located) and 23-5 has been lifted for manila clams, littleneck clams, oysters and mussels.
The majority of other subareas in Area 23 remain closed to all shellfish harvest.
