Following the arrival of the new refrigerator truck that will be used to distribute fresh food to Huu-ay-aht citizens, here you are the form for requesting access to the Fresh Food Box Program itself. Citizens may fill out the request and drop it off at PAGO, Community Services, or AGO: Attention to Community Services. They can also fax them to 778-421-1024 or email them to Kathy Waddell, Director of Community Services, (kathy.w@huuayaht.org). There are printed copies available too,

Deliveries are expected to begin in June. Community Services will provide you with more concrete information such as delivery dates, times and locations ASAP. The boxes will contain approximately $35 of fresh food (fruits, veggies, dairy and basic staples). They are going to be delivered monthly. The Fresh Food Box program is in addition to the Food Fish Program.
