Please fill the following form out in order to participate in our Fresh Food Box program. Bear in mind that there is one box per household and it must have a Huu-ay-aht citizen residing in the residence. You will see a confirmation message on the screen and receive an email from Kristen Young.

Do you need to register everytime? I filled out form last time, is there a next step? I never picked up a box last time. I live in Abbotsford but am willing to meet truck as far as Surrey, if you go that far?
