Thank You
I would like to say Thank You to all the Peters Family for welcoming me into your family, and for giving life of Herbie Nelson, my husband, I will always treasure the 17 and half years we've shared with each other, and the journey of finding his biological family. It was always a treat to spend time with you all when we travel to Vancouver Island. Although the pain is still there in his death, I am still greatful for having him and his family a part of my life. I look forward to seeing you all again.
Love,
Karen, Jordyn, Justin and Claude.

looking for Stella
Back in 1999 I worked as a volunteer on fisheries projects with Stefan Ochman. I used to roam the beach every day with beautiful Stella and sweet Shadow. Please tell her Sarah was looking for her!

Honoring the Elders
I had the great privilege of meeting one of your elders
Willie Sport. He was a man of great knowledge and wisdom. I am sure you have many great elders and I would make a humble request that somehow you would talk of them on your web site and include photographs. I saw a great video called the Heart of the River in which Mr.Sport talked. It would be great to get a copy of this film. You have a really nice web site . Photographs would make it even better.

Two thumbs up !
Pachena Bay is one of my favorite places to go camping. It is so beautiful there. I would love to visit the long house and experience the native culture. Is it ever open to the public ? RW
